What wafel people do...

...when sumsumsummertime hits: we get serious about ice cream wafelwiches and wafel cones. Yes.

"De Verdekke" (Flemish for "Damn Good") is our own ice cream wafelwich, with our very own crunchy wafers. It comes with 2 scoops for $5 - and the thing is...you can add dinges just like on any wafel. First dinges free, second dinges for $1 and for $2, you can pimp it up with any toppings you like (as in: chocolate fudge, spekuloos, fresh strawberries, whipped cream, dulce de leche, bananas, Nutella, walnuts etc etc).

Our 3D Wafel Cone (Double Dulce Dinges) works like this: Bake 2 fresh cones cookies, and while they're piping hot, add dulce de leche in between, just like in the Dutch Stroopwafels. Then role the whole thing into a wafel cone, et voila! It's $5 for 1 large scoop or $7 for 2 large scoops...but don't forget: there's a whole lot of wafel cone in the package!
