If you think the waffle-guy is to credit for the Wafels & Dinges truck driving around NYC, think again. See...this lady here on the picture...is the waffle-guy's lovely wife. And you know the saying? "Behind every great man stands..." etc? Well...not claiming to be a great man here, but the bottom line is: she was the master-mind pulling me out of a cushy IBM job and into our first 1968's waffle truck - back in October of 2007.Next time you indulge, just think quietly "thank you, waffle-lady, we love you".
